Evidence Against NSDC
·      To understand and implement the strategic design process in website design.
In order to understand the strategic design process, I’ve searched for the resources on google. And I’ve learned much from the available resources. The things I’ve learned and understood are described in detail on a “Strategic Design” tab.

·      To learn about the various principles of website design.
Similarly, to know about the various design principles, I’ve accessed the resources online. I’ve watched videos in YouTube and read article in YouTube. Detail description of this can be found in “Design Principles” Tab.

·      To Learn about the Brand Identity Design and Color Psychology.
Accessing YouTube videos, LinkedIn and HubSpot Courses were the most valuable sources to learn about the Brand Identity Design and Color Psychology. Things are described in detail in “ Color Psychology” section.

·      To build a website strategically that looks pleasant, is usable and accessible and also accomplishes the organization’s objective.
Based on the things I’ve learned i.e. Strategic Web Design, Color Theory, Brand Identity Design, etc. A website has been designed using HTML, CSS and bootstrap.

Future Development
Following the plan, I’ve prepared the website design prototype and all the things that I planned to learn were implemented to develop this website. The use of brand identity, Color psychology, website design principles, etc. can be seen in this website design. But there is always a room for the improvement, thus some of the future improvements that can be done are discussed below
1.     Display detail sub-menu with images on menu hover
At present, the menu does not have dropdown on hover. If an action to display detail submenus with images on menu hover is added, it’ll be easier for the user to navigate between the pages and different sections of the websites.

2.     Sticky Navigation Bar
If the main menu floats on the top, even if the page is scrolled to the bottom, then it also adds flexibility on navigating through the site.

3.     Adding Courses in Carousel
If the courses are added in carousel then more courses can be shown at once.

NSD Contract

Negotiated Skills Development (NSD) IT is one of the courses in MSC Information and Technology (IT Management) which is focused on a skillset that I’m interested to learn. Rationale For this course, I’ve selected to learn and implement the strategic design process in website design. These days, websites are designed and developed which follow the latest design trends and looks awesome but fail miserably in their intended function (like revenue generation through sales, user interaction, etc.). Some of the common problems of website these days are i.                Navigation that is not clear ii.               Content that lacks engagement iii.              Website with poor representation and integration of brand, etc. And based on my research, implementation...
